Specialist Pilates' Pilates classes integrate a mix of Joseph Pilates’ original exercises and ideas with modern research and updated functional techniques that are suitable for a group exercise class.
All sessions are tailored to the client's fitness levels, health history and postural type.
Specialist Pilates provides 1-to-1 and 2-to-1 pilates training programmes on specialist Balanced Body equipment in our private, centrally located studio.
Classes are taught by Lucy Whitehead, a certified advanced Stott Pilates Mat and Reformer instructor, ante & post natal trainer and falls prevention specialist. Seated fitness classes for older clientele and osteoporotic clients are available in the community and care homes.
Bespoke workout packages to include routines with baby are provided for early post natal mums either at home or in our studio.
