Reformer sessions from under £17
After gaining an MA from Oxford University and a career in finance and media in London, Lucy converted from the world of sedentary work to help inspire activity and encourage fitness in the community. She is now focused on making exercise accessible for all those who find it difficult to get to gyms- namely parents with young children, injured athletes and older generations.
Lucy has studied Pilates since the mid 90s and is a certified advanced Stott Pilates matwork instructor, a Stott Pilates certified advanced Reformer instructor, and a Fitness Pilates teacher at REPs level 3. Lucy has also qualified teaching Cadillac with the London based Pilates Institute. She holds specialist qualifications from leading trainer CYMCA in exercise and pregnancy and is also an ante and post natal trainer and member of the Guild of Post Natal Exercise Instructors.
Lucy is a Les Mills group exercise instructor teaching Body Attack and Body Balance and has qualifications in Step aerobics, Aquatic exercise and specific exercise for children and the 60+ age group. She has also studied Tai Chi and is qualified to teach Chi Kung.
Lucy is licensed and has £5m public liability insurance through Fitpro as well as professional membership of the Register of Exercise Professionals.
She receives referrals from local physiotherapists and osteopaths for rehabilitation work.
